Ashley is right-handed. Mary-Kate is left-handed.


Ashley is the older twin by two minutes.


Mary-Kate and Ashley's first television movie was called To Grandmother's House We Go.


To celebrate their success of Our First Video, Mary-Kate and Ashley took eight of their friends to a restaurant in a limo, where they were treated to all the hamburgers and milkshakes they wanted.

Mary-Kate and Ashley had been on four cruises by the time they were 13. Their first cruise was on Carnival Cruise lines, on a ship called the Sensation.
