A Jamie Lynn Spears lookalike is taking LAPD to court, claiming damages worth 1.3 million pounds, after she was used as a decoy for Britney’s younger sister– without being informed.

Adessa Eskeridge is considering her legal options against the department after she was put on the same flight as Jamie last September.

In order to prevent paparazzi from mobbing the young actress, the officials had used Adessa to sidetrack attention, reports the Sun .

Her lawyer R. J Molligan said: "Adessa was not given any details as to the nature of the task or of the potential danger involved. She simply followed the instructions of the police as most good citizens would do.”

The team also claimed that: "The LAX police did not want to subject Ms. Jammie to the pushing, shoving, humiliation and possible physical injury that come with the paparazzi, but instead decided that Ms Eskeridge was not important enough to give the same protections to.”

Molligan further alleged that Adessa was “never informed that upon deplaning, she would be mobbed by the paparazzi, that she would be in fear of her well-being, that her picture would be taken, (and) that video of her would be all over the Internet”.

She added her client was “deceived and manipulated” by the offcials and claimed she has “suffered and continues to suffer great humiliation” post the incident.

LAPD are yet to comment on the case.

Hollywood actress Scarlett Johansson, who married actor husband Ryan Reynolds secretly, reveals that she was on top of the world when he proposed to her.

Imdb.com reports that Johansson insists the proposal was expected and not a surprise, but she was still overwhelmed with emotion.

"I wasn't surprised that it was happening, but anyone being presented with a beautiful diamond ring, as a girl, you just squeal with delight. You say you can't believe it, but of course you really can," she said.

Brad Pitt has set the record straight – Angelina Jolie is not a homewrecker.

In an interview with W in the annual "A-List" February issue, Pitt said that Angelina, who was his co-star in Mr. & Mrs. Smith , had no hand in breaking up his marriage with Jennifer Aniston.

"What people don't understand is that we filmed [ Mr. & Mrs. Smith '] for a year. We were still filming after Jen [Aniston] and I split up," The New York Post quoted him as saying.

He added: "Even then it doesn't mean that there was some kind of dastardly affair. There wasn't. I'm very proud of the way that it was handled. It was respectful."

Although Aniston recently called Angelina’s comment that the couple fell in love on-set "uncool," the Troy star claimed that he holds no grudges against his former wife.

He said: "Listen, man, Jen is a sweetheart. I think she got dragged into that one, and then there's a second round to all that Angie versus Jen. It's so created," he claims.

"We still check in with each other. She was a big part of my life, and me hers. I don't see how there cannot be [that]. That's life, man. That's life."

Hollywood actress Marisa Tomei has revealed that she developed a liking for hula-hooping while shaping up for her role of an erotic dancer in ‘The Wrestler’.

The Untamed Heart actress said that the part she loved most about her work out regime was hula hoping.

"I hula-hooped a lot, which is my favorite part of my routine... You're using your core muscles,” Contactmusic quoted Tomei as saying.

Tomei showed off her hula-hoop skills during an appearance on comedienne Ellen Degeneres' daytime talk show in America on Tuesday.

Tomei also revealed that she had to give The Wrestler co-star Mickey Rourke a naked lap dance in a scene on her first day on the set.

In the upcoming romantic comedy, both the stars, who play friends but declare a ‘war’ after finding out that their weddings were to be held on the same day, have denied having had rifts between them onset. But both the actresses confessed there had been one scene that had gone terribly wrong leaving Anne clenching an ice-pack, reports Contactmusic.

Anne told People magazine: "Did you notice Kate's enormous wedding ring in the movie? Imagine, surrounded in a cloud of tulle, Kate Hudson's hand with the 9.000 carat diamond coming out and smacking you across the face and staying in character."

Embarrassed kate Hudson added: "It was not intentional. I hit her and I went, ''Oh God'', and she's like, ‘No, I'm fine, keep going.’ And then I saw Annie sitting in a chair with an ice pack!"

"Harry Potter" star Emma Watson has slammed skinny stars as she finds their shape ugly.

According to thesun.co.uk , Emma said she doesn't want to look like ultra thin stars such as the Olsen twins or Keira Knightley.

The 18-year-old said: "I don't think it's very pretty to be really, really, skinny. It's not inspirational at all for me. I'm lucky and I'm this size naturally. I don't diet and I don't aspire to be super skinny. I just don't think it's very pretty."

She said she enjoys food too much and can never be too thin.

She added: "Even if I wanted to be that skinny, I love food and I love cooking and I love sitting down and having nice meals, so it just wouldn't be possible for me."

The 30-year-old glamour model uses social networking sites to keep her fans up to date.

The website moderators had to pull the plug after her own personal page exceeded the 5,000-friend limit to 150,000 fans.

They decided Katie was an individual and not a company or charity.
